In late Spring of 2003 Dan Hunt took on the task of renovating the Old Franklin Library...now the Pace House Inn Bed and Breakfast. The Pace House was featured in Hampton Roads Bride Magazine 2007 as a premier location for Weddings. The Pace House also offers private dining, lodging, and is a great location for reunions or tea parties.

Thomas Murphy has been in the Art business professionally since 1989, in which he created a mobile art gallery that he took across country. Outside of the art shows that Thomas puts on himself in his mobile gallery, his work has been featured in many others such as the Waterside Art Show in Norfolk. Thomas Murphy is a homegrown artist that can paint on practically anything.

TITAN is a privately owned company that has provided parts and installation to the mobile and manufactured home community for the past 10 years.
