New Castle County, DE
New Castle County is one of three counties in the State of Delaware and is part of the Delaware Valley area. The northernmost county of Delaware, New Castle County is the most densely populated part of Delaware. The county seat is located in Wilmington. New Castle County borders Maryland, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey and is known for the 12-mile circle.

Moore Pageant Productions, based in Newark, Delaware, manages the Ms. and Mrs. Delaware United States pageant as well as the Mrs. Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania United States pageants. In April 2009 Moore Pageant Productions was signed on as Bradshaw-Kimbrel's first client in the State of Delaware.
