Delaware
Delaware, named for the first Governor of Virginia the 3rd Baron De La Warr, was the first State to ratify the Constitution of the United States and is located in the northeast corner of the Delmarva Peninsula, bordering Maryland to the west and south.

Moore Pageant Productions, based in Newark, Delaware, manages the Ms. and Mrs. Delaware United States pageant as well as the Mrs. Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania United States pageants. In April 2009 Moore Pageant Productions was signed on as Bradshaw-Kimbrel's first client in the State of Delaware.
