In reference to the news post made on September 8, to our knowledge the Charter DNS server issue has been resolved.  All websites previously posted should now load properly for Charter customers in the Hampton Roads region. 

If you are still unable to access any of the websites previouisly mentioned please contact us immediately at 757.337.2940 ext. 5 and notify our Technical Support of what website(s) you are attempting to connect to, what Internet Service Provider you are using to connect to the Internet, and what city/state you are attempting access from.  You can also let us know by contacting us online.
