Seeking Qualified Account Manager for Professional Consultative Sales

Bradshaw-Kimbrel Technology Group, LLC, Hampton Roads' fastest growing Web Services firm, is looking for highly motivated candidates to represent our Business Marketing and Technology Services. We are currently hiring Account Managers to represent our company out of our Franklin, VA and Portsmouth, VA locations. Qualified candidates absolutely MUST have the following:

  • Self-Determination and Motivation to Succeed
  • Professional Service Sales Experience or Entrepreneurial Experience
  • Associate's Degree; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Understanding of the Internet and why Websites are important.
  • Understanding of Marketing in the 21st Century.
  • Proficiency in basic computer useage.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Fluent proficiency in the English language (knowledge of the Spanish language is a plus!)

Your duties will include:

  • Introduce our services to new clients using our highly effective Consultative Process.
  • Report to your assigned Office and to the Regional Account Manager.
  • Represent the Company at Networking Events and Company Events.
  • Manage Client Accounts, including regular communication via e-mail and/or phone.

What will be provided?

  • Training Program to educate you in our process and services and familiarize you with our clientele.
  • Weekly/Monthly Training Sessions to keep you up to speed with the latest technologies and techniques.
  • Access to one of our locations to use as an office and for meetings or resources.
  • Membership and Access to Networking Organizations and Groups including (but not limited to) HRCC, Retail Alliance, and BNI.
  • Eligibility for Insurance Benefits.
  • Business Cards and promotional material.
