Moore Pageant Productions, based in Newark, Delaware, manages the Ms. and Mrs. Delaware United States pageant as well as the Mrs. Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania United States pageants.  In April 2009, Moore Pageant Productions became Bradshaw-Kimbrel's first client in the State of Delaware.
