Timothy C. Bradshaw
Executive Manager
Tim BradshawTim Bradshaw is co-founder and owner of BKTG.  Tim's roots can be traced back to a line of first Virginians that landed in Jamestowne in 1620.  He is also proud of his Korean heritage from his mother's side.

Tim attended Virginia Commonwealth University's School of Business after graduating from Grafton High School in York County. After he left Richmond, Tim moved to Isle of Wight County where he helped his father start up a local country store and substituted for Isle of Wight County Schools.

Tim actively serves the community wherever he gets the chance.  He is an Eagle Scout, an officer in the Franklin Masonic Lodge, and a member of the Carrsville Ruritans' Club.  In the past he served on the board of directors for the local zoo, Bear Path Acres Educational Center.  From 2004 to 2006 he served as a volunteer Military Police Officer in the Virginia Defense Force at the National Guard Headquarters in Richmond.

Mr. Bradshaw's experience in the Website Services Industry begins in the late 90's.  After successful investments in AOL and several online communities he launched a highly popular network of video game websites called the GamePlasma Network.  The network included a community with over 10,000 regular users, popular fansites for top video games, and an online publication (GamePlasma.com) that provided news and reviews for the video game industry.  In addition to managing the operation and establishing key press contacts, he also trained and managed a team of journalists and covered events across the country including the E3 Electronic Entertainment Expo in Los Angeles.  GamePlasma's traffic average over 100,000 unique visitors and half a million to a million page views per month between 2003 and 2006.

With major media conglomerates like News Corporation buying into the online publication market and competing directly with GamePlasma, Tim decided to shift his focus into other areas but allowing GamePlasma.com to continue to be run by its volunteer staff.

In September 2007, Tim founded BKTG with the goal of bringing his knowledge and experience of what makes websites work to the industry.  His creative processes and innovative approaches have allowed him to work with different kinds of clients and address their unique needs.  Mr. Bradshaw has managed over 100 website projects in his lifetime, over 80 of which since he started BKTG.

"I fully understand the trial and tribulations companies go through when implementing technology.  I also understand the power of technology with regards to how businesses, any business, can improve their marketing and customer communications with an effective presence on the Internet.  I took advantage of the Internet when I completed my Bachelor’s degree in 2003 from Jones International University.  I have also used the Internet in other training I have completed since then.

"I was fortunate in that I have worked for companies who embraced technology in a way that provided great benefit to their customers.  But more than that, technology was also used in innovative ways to communicate with employees and service providers to reduce costs and provide more timely information.  BKTG gives me the unique opportunity to help other companies get the most value out of the dollars they spend on technology.  It is important to me, and my family, to build long lasting relationships with businesses that will make them more successful.  I love my job."
