Our consultative process begins with an extensive evaluation based on an interview and research.  We then take our findings and make recommendations for both minimal and optimal effectiveness.

This is our simple step by step process:

I. Orientation
We begin with an introduction to our company and a Web Services Consultation, followed by a Questionnaire to assess your specific needs.

II. Review
Once we have completed our research we will present you with our evaluation and recommendations.  We will answer any questions you might have and then decide which of the recommendations you are ready to proceed with.

III. Implementation
We begin by gathering all of the content -- information and graphics -- for the project.  We then deliver design proofs followed by live development, which you'll have access to.  Once development is complete, we conduct a final walkthrough with you.  We then launch the website and teach you how to update it yourself using our proprietary iPlasma Content Management System.

IV. Post-Launch
Once the project is completed, our job isn't over.  We provide free technical support to our clients as well as consultation for marketing your new web presence and more.
